Korea cosmetic brands reputation ranking: August 2022: Introduction

According to big data analysis, LG Household & Health Care ranked first in the brand reputation index as of August 2022, Amore Pacific ranked second, and Hyundai Bio ranked third.

This is the same ranking as July 2022. This ranking is given by comparing a total of six areas
  • participation index,
  • media index,
  • communication index,
  • community index,
  • market index,
  • and social contribution index.

Korea cosmetic brands reputation ranking: August 2022: Comparison

LG Household & Health Care, the No. 1 ranked brand, scored a brand reputation index of 4,630,505, down 11.99 percent from July last month. (Some of LG's well-known brands: Whoo, OHUI, and Sum37)

Amore Pacific ranked second, and had a brand reputation index of 4,130,864, down 16.83% from last month. (Some of Amore Pacific's well-known brands: Innisfree, HERA, and Sulwasoo)

Third-ranked Hyundai Bio has a brand reputation index of 1,918,284, down 4.63% from last month. (Hyundai Bio is a manufacturer.)

The reputation index of all brands fell compared to last month, which is believed to be due to the aftermath of the resurgent COVID-19 and the application of fear to the market.

Korea cosmetic brands reputation ranking: August 2022: Companies to Note

Compared to the brand reputation index, the companies that are doing well in the overall decline are as follows.
  • Barunson, ranked 12th, fell just 0.11% to 589,344 this month. (Barunson has a beauty platform called JOLSE.)
  • Genic, ranked 14th, achieved an astonishing 244.16 percent this month with a brand reputation index of 465,785. (Genic is a manufacturer.)
